Worship Leader
A Christ centered, contemporary church in North County San Diego, California is searching for an enthusiastic individual to lead our Worship Team. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships with our congregation and staff through Sunday worship and personal communication.
A clear call to ministry is needed with a specific vision to touch people's hearts for God through worship music. The right person will be energetic, outgoing, creative, a team builder and a talented musician. He or she must have previous worship team experience and be open to engaging our congregation in the worship ministry. It is our goal that the worship leader will desire to connect with the congregation and make this his or her church home.
Our congregation relates to a wide variety of worship music, from traditional to current praise music. This is a part-time position. expected to be between 12-16 hours per week.
