Summer church organist needed in Central NJ
Summer organist needed for medium-sized Presbyterian church beginning as close to May 15 as possible. Only requires one morning a week on site. Sunday service will include prelude, postlude, three hymns, offertory, doxology, and accompaniment of soloist or ensemble. Service begins at 10 a.m.; any soloist/ensemble practice begins at 9:30 a.m. Required: reliability, basic sight-reading skills, basic organ performance familiarity, and basic familiarity with Christian worship. Great church--warm people! Pastor well-trained by musicians: always has hymns and scriptures by mid-week! |
