Hello. My name is Andy Osborne. I live in England and am enquiring as regards the job of worship manager. I have been a worship leader since i was 16 and am now 34. I have lectured and trained bands at the local college and even get borrowed by other churches to train worship teams and organise events. I have regularly attended my church for 13 years now and have an excellent relationship with my pastor and leaders. I am totally sold out to the tabernacle of David concept and have been doing harp and bowl worship for three or four years. I also have a heart to instigate periods of 24/7 worship. I can take this vision with me anywhere i live, its not limited to my home town as such.
I would say that i walk in the anointing and believe that any public success is the evidence of private/intimate worship times.
I should very much like to know more about your heart and drive. I do have some questions of my own but that can wait.
I want you to know that i love people. I love knowing the Fathers love and being Spirit led. Those who led by the Spirit are Sons.
I do not have a degree in worship or a bachelors qualification but i have instead been the teacher of those who were doing the diploma in music. I have been a professional guitarist and singer since 2003.
