To come along side a worship leader aided and led by the Holy Spirit. One who effectively leads intentionally, purposefully and encourages our response to all God has shown us of Himself. Magnify the worth of God to those he is leading. To have balance in planning and spontaneity. To be diligent to plan without being ruled by his plan. A person who responds to God's initiatives and promptings expecting God to interact with us. One who resists the urge to become familiar with what we do. A skillful musician comfortable in understanding theory and being able to read music as well as the ability to play by ear.

Philippians 3:3, "For we are the real circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God and glory in Messiah Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh."
