Organist/Choir Director/Worship Leader

Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church on Valleyfield Road in Lutherville, MD has an opening for an Organist Choir Director beginning in Sept. 2010.

The candidate should be able to play both an organ and a keyboard. Currently the church has one service on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. The service is a blended contemporary/traditional service using both the organ and keyboards/guitars. The keyboard is played in the front of the church and the organ from the choir loft in the rear of the church.

There is one adult choir that rehearses once per week between Sept. and June. The candidate will meet regularly with the worship planning committee to pick the music to be used during the service for the next few weeks.
