We are currently looking for a Director of Music and wondering if you, or someone you know, might be interested. We are a growing church of nearly 1000 members.

Our church school is increasing and our youth program has exploded to an average attendance of nearly 60. Our annual average for worship is approximately 400. Our Easter service, on the beach involves 1700 worshippers. Located, literally, on the beach, this a beautiful setting for creative worship both indoor and out. Pass a Grille is an exciting place to be, and we are looking to find someone to bring that excitement and growth into our music program.

Our position is 20 - 25 hours a week, and would involve directing our adult choir, working with staff around worship, and coordinating other solos and ensembles. It would also involve
overseeing those who lead our youth and children's music endeavors. Also, we are expanding into a "three concert" series for the broader community that would invite outside groups
to perform at our church. This too would need coordination.

We envision this being a nine month a year position, which gives the director wonderful summer time. All of this, however,
is negotiable, based upon the individual's interests, abilities, and vision.
