Lover of Music looking to share and encourage that love

I am currently in college looking to become a music director of contemporary worship teams in a church. Adult worship teams and student worship teams. I love working with kids and love music and love God. I play cello, bass, some piano, sing and a little guitar. I'm a good leader and want to be there for those I work with. Someone they can work with, but also hang out with and talk to if they need me. I want to encourage others to do what they love and help them to express themselves and their love for God. I have a lot of passion for this. I would love a job doing this! I live in New York State and would like to stay within in the states around it, a place where I can have a family while being somewhat close to my family. This is my absolute dream job.
