Welcome to the HIGH IMPACT MISSION TRAINING INTERNSHIP!

THE PLAN
You will become a long-term member of an International Mission and Ministry community that is establishing new Cafe styled churches and humanitarian mission bases in communities in developing nations, launching conferences & crusades and impacting nations through mission outreach, using pragmatic daily SOUL SAVING methods within a ministry/church setting. This internship will begin from Glasgow City in the United Kingdom with possible future assignment to mission fields across the United Kingdom, United States, Pacific Realm, Asia & India, New Zealand, Asia and Africa.

It begins as a full time Internship and is not salaried for a period of one year.

THE PLAN
You will relocate and become a long-term member of an International Mission and Ministry community that is establishing new Cafe styled churches and mission bases in communities, launching conferences & crusades and impacting communities through mission outreach, using pragmatic daily SOUL SAVING ventures within a ministry setting. This internship/training will begin from Glasgow City in the United Kingdom with the possibility of subsequent assignment options to mission fields in Africa, Asia, New Zealand, Asia, United States and across Europe subject to status and credible performance at the training levels.
It will begin as a full time Internship and is not salaried for a period of one year.

MISSION TRAINING STAGES
STAGE 1:
4-6 months training undergoing discipleship, mission work and church planting in a very busy program within a multi-cultural setting & community. Most ideal for people who love God and love people. It is a demanding stage.
STAGE 2
6-12 months Mission Service: Released as part of a team sent overseas to put all the skills and equipping to work & expand the Kingdom of God. Where you are sent will depend on overall performance in part 1.
STAGE 3
12-18 Months positioning: After successfully completing 12-18 months in the program and receiving a good evaluation, you may be considered for a permanent mission field assignment to work at a mission base abroad with full room and board provision and a very small stipend in line with the local standard of the nation you are sent.

Here are a few examples of your likely daily roles & expectations:
. Receive training on international house visions of JHM/SFF & SKC, their mission focus, church planting methods, discipleship, etc. .
. Become an active member of the community, working in partnership with others on a daily basis.
. Attend Pre-Scheduled classes for mission growth.
. Ministering to people of all ages & gender in different roles & positions. .
. High street, shopping centres & airport evangelism.
. Cooking for teams and for the needy in the mission field
. Church Admin roles.
. Driving Duties, if you have a valid driver’s License.
. Outreach networking/ flyer distribution.
. Get involved in Worship/Music ministry setting up/disbanding.
. Participate in Bible studies & team studies.
. Attend daily meetings & briefing sessions.
. Global Missions Department work.
. Housekeeping & concierge ministry roles.
. Prayer team praying over communities.
. Feeding, cooking and ministering to the needy.

. Being a part of a committed team delivering educational outreach support to local schools & colleges.
. Setting up and implementing revivals, fairs, conferences and workshops.
. Participating in church worship.
. Visiting the sick and dying in hospitals and clinics.
. Maintaining administrative support roles in church & mission.
. Working with our medical ministry team in the nations.
. Working with our media/film ministry team as required.
. Designing, collaborating and producing workshops under direction.
The program is committed to helping you discover and excel to your highest capacity in the area of service God has called you to. The three partner missions are a family and communities of Christ-centred and Holy Spirit driven people. This position is for those individuals who are truly seeking to enter into a community and impact the hearts of people worldwide either as a paid or unpaid personnel.

MISSION INTERNSHIP BENEFITS:

ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENT:
1) Must be over 18 and be a born again Christian.
2) Knowledge of missions, church life and proof of active participation is required.
3) Willingness to train as a pastoral care servant & missionary servant.
4) Commitment or passion to work overseas after training is essential.
5) Must be hard working, willing to be trained, humble and willing to learn.
6] Should be sold out for Christ.
7] Must LOVE people and be willing to work in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-racial environment.
8] Must love outreach, have a missionary mindset and be Kingdom minded.
9] If married, spouse must have the same zeal, commitment and passion for God.
10] Be willing to train & work in a Pentecostal/Evangelical culture and environment.
11] Must successfully pass our evaluation process.
12] Must provide three credible references for our evaluation and one must be from the current pastor of your church.
13] Willing to live in a shared accommodation with other missionaries.
14] Willing to work long hours in ministry if/as required.
15] Have a valid international passport.
14] Having a Drive's License is very beneficial but not compulsory.

YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION:
1] Non-Refundable Registration Fee: of $500-USD upon acceptance. 2] Pay in advance for your Non-Refundable accommodation, food, daily mission transport and your portion of bills:
$165 dollars/Shared Room per week
$285 US Dollars/Single own room per week.
4] Buy your own round trip travel ticket.
5) Provide your own travel/health insurance for 6/12 months.
6] Obtain all the relevant vaccinations & visa where required.
7] Supply 3 References
