The Congregational Church of Topsfield, MA seeks a Director of Music and the Arts for its vibrant music program.

Duties include but are not limited to conducting the 25 member Chancel Choir, planning worship in conjunction with the Senior Pastor, overseeing and coordinating the music program including various ad hoc groups, and supervising the other professional and volunteer music staff, including the organist.

The position would also include conducting the adult Bell Choir and children's choirs. The church values a diverse array of quality music in many styles.
