Just recently, my music team singers were asking me about having a time outside team rehearsal to sharpen their vocals.

I thought it was a great idea. When people on your team start thinking of ways to improve – totally uninitiated by you, a great day has come!

Like most churches, our calendar is packed. But they were not about to allow that to slow them down or dampen their plan.

In just a week, they managed to set a date and a time for their first monthly “vocal-fest”.

Would this help your singers?

Everyone can benefit from a little extra time to practice proper breathing, blending and things that can easily get skipped when the band is playing.
