Making Church Musician Jobs Better
April 30, 2010
Hello,

Are you starting a worship team?

Congratulations! It is one of the greatest challenges and blessing I've ever known!

But, if you are feeling overwhelmed here's some help available to you.

Starting a worship team is an article I wrote when it was time for me to train some others who had been asking how to do this.

Are you trying to add some structure to your church music program?

May I suggest you read the following article about the need for and example of a worship team handbook.

Do you have the “right stuff” to become a worship leader?

Maybe you're filling in for someone. Or do you love worship and leading the music occasionally when asked? It makes sense you're starting to wonder if you have the right stuff to become a worship leader.
